Our amazing team of regulars and part-time volunteers are committed to helping children with disabilities and other at-risk children 0-college age, and beyond, because we know disabilities don't stop being disabilities because kids stop being kids. We take our personal experiences and the experiences of each child and family we help, and our own convictions for changing the future and stories of at-risk children, and turn them into direct tangible actions.
Think you would be a good fit? Get in touch for more information! We welcome volunteers from all industries, willing to donate their time and experience to mentor children, hold classes and workshops that will introduce our kids to career fields they did not think possible for them and help make them possible, because disabilities don't hold kids back, thinking they're not possible does

JRCF 501c3 non profit organization was started by parents of a pediatric stroke survivor whose stroke caused their child's disability, spastic hemiplegia cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and global developmental delays and neuro-muscular disabilities. Realizing a need for and lack of pediatric physical, occupational and speech therapy and mental health services to fill the gap of what insurance, and school based services, did not cover or provide, as well as the need for and lack of accessible, inclusive community programs in sports, art, music, dance, academic tutoring, college and employment assistance, they formed The JRCF, a 501(c)3 non-profit, to provide these services, and or to provide financial assistance for families to obtain these services, for free and or at reduced costs. Every program and service is designed for children with disabilities, but inclusive of all children #WithoutException
